FortaCool® Variable Speed Rack Systems
Compressors
Specially designed for variable speed applications, Bitzer compressors are the top of the line and have proven themselves for decades.
Unless otherwise requested by a customer, we always choose Bitzer compressors on FortaCool variable speed compressor racks. Read more about Bitzer compressors below.
Drives
Yaskawa is the largest manufacturer of variable frequency drives with over 30 years of experience in the refrigeration industry. Yaskawa drives have integrated computer controls that communicate seamlessly with our custom programmed control panel and regulate the speed and cycles of the compressors to achieve the most energy efficient levels.
Control Panel
Our Control panels include an integrated E2 CPC computer installed with our custom programmed software. Our software program adjusts for each customer's particular refrigeration needs and specifications. Our control panels are built by Kool Innovative Solutions, Inc. with the customer's underlying computer program in mind.
Material
Frame
All FortaCool® systems are built on Heavy Duty 8" steel channel frame with 1/4" steel plate compressor bases.
Hardware
We use only grade 8, top of the line hardware on all FortaCool® racks to increase strength and durability.
Paint
Durable electrostatic paint is used on frame, compressors, and major components. Let us know if you would like a custom color!
