After applying for a position or job, your qualifications and experience will be reviewed to determine if you are a fit. Phone or e-mail Interview


After you have applied and are determined to be a good fit, you will be contacted either by phone or e-mail. This interview step will assess your proficiency further, to determine possibilities for and on-site interview at our headquarters. Phone interviews are conducted by someone in a similar position and last about 15-30 minutes.

 

On-Site Interview


Our interview process for differs for all positions and job types. You will be matched with someone in a similar role who will evaluate your core skills, competency, and overall personality. During your interview, you will get a good idea of what some typical tasks and daily routine looks like at Advanced, Inc. For technical positions, you will be asked questions related to your area of interest and ask you to solve them in real time. For business and general positions, you will be evaluated on your problem solving and behavioral ability. Generally, we are not concerned with you getting the right answers but rather your critical thinking and process you approach the problem with. Creativity is always welcomed and encouraged.

 

What happens next?


After your on-site interview, our team will discuss your performance and decide if you are the best fit for the position or job. Because we want to give all applicants a fair interview process, it can take up to two weeks to determine whether we would like to have you join the Advanced, Inc. team.
